Non-PRO English to French Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Adverse Regulatory Determination. If any regulatory authority, including the Federal Communications Commission, state public service commissions, or other authority having jurisdiction over any of the products and services provided hereunder, determines, at any time, that company’s provision of any of the products and services hereunder is unlawful, all applicable portions of this Agreement and any Schedule affected thereby shall immediately terminate, with no termination liability to either party in accordance with the regulatory authority order.
