Description of hotel facilities. Secretarial capacity is ambiguous and there is no other hint as to what it means. Is there a general German term that would cover it?

That's how I understand it. The hotel supplies a secretary if required. I understand it like this because since there is already an office, the "conference people" can bring their own secretary to work in that office. i.e. the secretarial capacity is already implied in the office. But the fact that "secretarial capacity" is mentioned separately means to me the hotel will supply a secretary on demand.

Hotels gehobener Kategorien bieten "Konferenzzentren" für Geschäftsbesprechungen, Tagungen usw. Dies umfasst Tagungsräume, Konferenzräume, Material wie Flipcharts und Overheads und, nicht immer aber oft, "Sekretariatsservice". Das kann von zur Verfügung gestelltem Personal für Kopien, Mailservice usw. bis zur teilnehmenden Sekretärin gehen.
