German term

Nachhaltezeit, Vorhaltezeit

German to English Tech/Engineering Engineering: Industrial CO2 recovery plant
Eingabe der Nachhaltezeit
Eingabe der Vorhaltezeit

These are two process parameters for a CO2 recovery plant. I have seen the glossary entry but I think that something different is required here.

In control terminology, the correct German term is Nachstellzeit.

Each German term has two English options:

Nachstellzeit (Tn) = integral action time (Ti) or reset time (Ti)
Vorhaltzeit (Tv / Td) = derivative action time (Td) or rate time (Td)

I've just seen that 'Vorhalt*e*zeit' is also written incorrectly.
It should be Vorhaltzeit.

This is possibly the reason why you didn't find much in the online dicos.
