I'm wondering if there might be a typo here. It seems that "anual" does not make sense and that some contrast with "global" in terms of scope is needed, such as "regional" or "local".

Again, assuming, that the original Spanish is "regional" then I would use English "scope" to translate "difusion" in this context.
