It's a description of the Waldstadion in Frankfurt. Does it mean moveable roof or is it in some way a description of its shape?? Any help would be most appreciated.

folding roof
Seems like the term refers to the fact that this roof can be opened and closed. In the article below, they even describe it as a "Cabriodach". Therefore I suggest calling the construction "folding roof", unless there's a different specific architectural term that I am not aware of.
