Lucia, as Rosa said, oficial is not a good choice in Spanish unless you're addressing a police officer in Argentina.
Depending on the target country, you could use responsable/ejecutivo de créditos.

: De acuerdo, si es para España. Si es para otros países (por ejemplo para Argentina), allí si que se usa "Oficial de créditos", y si bien puede que sea un anglicismo, el diccionario de la RAE lo recoge como correcto. Como siempre, depende de la audiencia.

Gracias, Claudio. Tienes razón, pero el hecho de que se use no implica que no haya mejores formas de expresar lo mismo. Si en Argentina se utiliza "ejecutivo de cuentas", creo que por analogía bien podría utilizarse "ejecutivo de créditos". Saludos.

créditos". When I worked with Mexican banks, the distinction was whether it reports to the lending side of the bank or the credit administration side of the bank. My guess from the context is that the former is the case here, so I would go with "oficial de préstamos".
