Medicare+Choice：Medicare保险组合
Medicare+Choice gives people eligible for Medicare several options other than original Medicare to receive their health care. Medicare+Choice plans are offered by private insurance companies. The plans have at least the same benefits as Medicare Part A and Part B coverage. Some may offer additional benefits. If you enroll in a Medicare+Choice plan, you are still part of the Medicare program. You continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium. Medicare then pays a set amount each month to the Medicare+Choice plan to provide your health care. Some Medicare+Choice plans may charge you an additional monthly premium.

Medicare SELECT is a form of supplemental insurance that generally offers beneficiaries lower premiums or increased benefits provided they use the Medicare SELECT plan's network of providers. It is also anticipated that some Medicare SELECT policies may use cost savings to help pay for additional benefits, such as prescription drug coverage. Under the proposed expansion, beneficiaries who purchase a Medicare SELECT plan would be able to choose from a network of hospitals, doctors, and suppliers who contract with the Medicare SELECT plan.
