French to English Science Printing & Publishing Scientific conference

"Vous voudrez bien nous indiquer, si nécessaire, les mentions qui doivent être incluses (notamment pour les documents graphiques ou photographiques)."

In the context of the publication of various proceedings of an international conference. I'm inclined to think that 'mentions' is here referring to legally-required information that has to accompany certain published material (e.g. copyrighted graphics, photos, etc).

My first thought was to go a bit vague and use 'references', but now I'm wondering whether 'acknowledgements' might not work better, or is it a bit too presumptious?
