Have been trying to find something which balances the queen / king image, but failing that here's a suggestion which retains something of the idea.

: Although I'd turn it around and say variety is queen BUT fish is king. Point taken. How about "in our restaurant" instead of on our tables?

I put king first because it is the usual way to say it; king and queen rather than queen and king. It's perhaps me splitting hairs! Thanks anyway!
