"Blistering" can have different meanings depending on the context - why don't you post the whole sentence of your text?

glühend, sengend, brennend

If it is used to mean very hot.
However, blisteringly is often used in connection with other adjectives blisteringly fast, efficient, entertaining, dynamic, etc. In this case außerordentlich, unglaublich, ausgefallen maybe.

It really depends on the context.
