Hello,
I have received LPU files as reference files for a Passolo translation job. Does anyone know what they are for or how to open them?
Thanks in advance!
Katrin

LPU files are Passolo Localization Project files (Passolo Translation Bundle) and can be (has to be) opened with Passolo. What else?
There is a free Translator Passolo Edition. Try it if not already done.
Best regards

I tried to open it with "Translator Edition 2011 SP7" but I received the error message "Please use the proper version of Passolo to open this file" which did not help much. I have searched the Internet, too, but hardly found any information.

Now, I see that you have the TBULIC, so that it should not be a problem to open it, at worst with the 2015 Edition? Which means that it will be no more editable in the 2011 version. I assume in such a case that you indeed not need the PLU files.
Good luck !

Meanwhile the client got back to me with the information that the LPU files can only be opened with the Professional Edition but that I do not need them.
