Hi to everyone, I don't know why but even though I enabled my kudoz notifications I can't receive any emails, can anyone help me? Thanks in advance!!

Perhaps you should address an email to a specific member of the site staff? Someone who works in their techy department?

I have submitted a support request to Proz staff telling them that there are more colleagues with this problem.
I have also forwarded your thread and mine.
Let's see if they reply and give us some possible solution. Fingers crossed!

I remember getting in touch once with a moderator, but I think he wasn't the right person to help me on this.

Apparently, at least from the site's perspective, this problem doesn't exist.
And it's not just Kudoz notifications. I've reported this problem on and off for 10+ years. And look where it got me!

I also noticed that when they reply they will reply all the tickets in one day, otherwise they'll let the ticked open for decades.

I really hope the staff can helps us.
10+ years it's a lot! I'm sure there's something they can do or tell us how to overcome this.

I got a reply from the staff and they say that notifications to my email account have been leaving ProZ.com servers.
They also suggested to speak to my emails providers, which I have already done, and change my primary email address (first thing that I have done too).
Lastly, they will pass this issue to their developers and see if there are any blocks. I will wait for their news.

I recently asked an EN-EN question in KudoZ and was surprised not to get any email notifications. I thought it was because I am not a regular poster at present but perhaps it's part of the same problem? I kept having to look up my question manually. It did not get much attention, i.e. suggested answers, voting, only the comments section was quite lively. Of course that may have been due to the subject matter.
