好像央视不准在职节目主持人做广告挣钱。如果该网站未经王小丫同意，出自商业目的而私自使用她的照片作广告，则有侵犯肖像权之嫌疑。

嗯，嗯，一痞天下无难事。我从台湾的政治人物身上看到的就是这样：没有意见，No comment，不予回应，一切尊重司法，司法还我公道，司法不公，我为了证明清白参选到底，这事我看到媒体报导才知道，媒体说是我说的（我没说呢），新闻稿有误（幕僚发布新闻稿前没有让我过目），我记不得了（忙都要忙死了，那来时间回想我到底做了什么事），等等云云，反正好处我捞，坏事别人干的。

最近看到几个网站闹笑话。
前面帖子里提到一家公司说中国是不同于其他国家的，国人由于无法”接入“到国外的媒体，非常闭塞，国人懂英语者很少，以至于很难找到合格的口译员，所以要想找到好的口译员，就要找他们。逻辑性很强嘛。
还有一家翻译公司，抄袭别人的东西，居然没有把名字改过来。这公司的老总，我正好认识。营销模式属于典型的”粗放“模式。打一枪换一个地方，搞了不下5个网站。

Thanks, pk. I agree with you.
Here's a research paper on the science of ear identification. Of course the configuration of a person's external ear/s can't be considered conclusive for identification purposes, but it does provide valuable clues. It's one of the things I always look at when trying to identify someone against a picture, such as in this case.

中央台的女主持人气质很好。耳朵辨认法起初还以为说小丫那双招风耳，呵呵。

如果是從別的地方拷貝過來的而王本人能找到原版﹐當然是侵權。等於是白白地讓明星代言。他們的代言費動輒上百萬。
如果沒有證據就說那個特別像她﹐沒有用的。君不見華南虎照片這都折騰多長時間了﹐有個所以然嗎﹖
所以﹐光說不行。

呵呵，原来也见过类似的网站，无非是一个大美女和外交部长在一起的照片，然后列出她的N多译作，仔细一看，还有不少错误……但有的客户就愿意上当。。。
