Guten Tag,
ich suche einen Übersetzungsnormvertrag zwischen einem unabhängigen Autor (Selfpublishing) und einer selbständigen Übersetzerin in Deutsch. Kennt jemand eine Mustervorlage dazu? (Der Normvertrag von Vdü ist nicht geeignet.)

Normvertrag Feb 5, 2024

Ich habe leider keinen dafür geeigneten deutschsprachigen Normvertrag gefunden. Aber ich finde den VdÜ-Normvertrag auf den ersten Blick durchaus geeignet, wenn man bestimmte Abschnitte (Lizenzen usw.) weglässt bzw. in Absprache abändert.

Wie Tilman sagt, würde ich den VdÜ Vertrag nehmen und anpassen. Das habe ich in der Vergangenheit auch schon gemacht. Ich wüsste auch nichts von anderen Musterverträgen mit Self-Publishers.
