After double-clicking the setup.exe, it prompts me to install a sub-feature of IIS6. I do install it, but the same message is displayed when I try to run setup.exe.
I have tried it on both Vista 32-bit and Vista 64-bit. I do not have any previous versions of the program installed.

I think that would be one for support, because thats one I did not yet come across.

Ok, it needed all the IIS6 features turned on, not only the particular sub-feature it was asking for in the dialogue box.
Now, i'm up and running on both 32- and 64-bit Vista Home Premium.

All in all, great program, but cluttered and fiddly at some points.
