When you add money to your ProZ.com Wallet, the money remains yours. If at any time you decide to become a member of ProZ.com, you may use the remaining balance as credit towards your membership purchase. You may withdraw any or all of your funds at any time. Wallet withdrawals may be issued via PayPal, Moneybookers or check (US residents only). In some cases, a direct refund of the requested withdrawal amount may be issued as well.
