I do not have a lot of context to offer. The term appears by itself under a section of an accounting statement entitled "EFECTIVO Y OTROS ACTIVOS EQUIVALENTES." There is then a notation to the effect that these counts are held in institutions of "reconocida solvencia."
I do not see glossary entries for this exact term, and I am not convinced that the translations offered for "cuentas a la vista" fit here. "Sight current account" is offered for "cuenta corriente a la vista," but this does not seem to make sense.

However, in Spanish it might be different. In Chile, for example, it seems that there is a difference between a "cuenta corriente" and a "cuenta a la vista": the former allows you to draw money by cheque, cash machine (ATM) or debit card, but the latter "no tiene la posibilidad de tener cheques"; you can only draw by card (ATM or debit).
So it may be necessary to establish the source country and look up the details in order to find the appropriate English term here.
