Spanish term

importe concepto

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Accounting CRM Program
Unfortunately, it is a stand alone phrase so the only context I have is that it is part of a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) application. The phrase is "importe concepto" and I believe "importe" means "amount" here, but "concepto" as "concept" doesn't seem to make sense to me... Any help is appreciated!

*It is followed by these terms:
Importe conciliación
Importe de impuestos
Importe mínimo

I agree Item amount.

Unable to post As I let my paying membership lapse last year. However, were I allowed to, I'd suggest "item amount". "Concepto is usually an "item" or "entry" in this context. And I see no mention of "total" in the original (pax David-H).

Amount and items/services/goods/products

Hola.

I am totally sure, as an accountant, that in the Spanish it's a common practice to mention the total amount as "importe" and what we find in the invoice description as "concepto".

So, it is 100% confidence sure that importe will be the total amount that comes as a breakdown later (importe conciliación, importe impuestos, etc.)

Now, if you want to translate "concepto" you have to give the best approach to this specific case because there isn´t a 100% match in English, there are some options like the "Goods/services provided", "details", "items", etc.) depending on what is the nature of trade.

I don´t have enough information here, but in general terms I would go for "products/services" or "goods/services".

I hope this helps you.

I think this makes sense and can't be misinterpreted in your context
