I joined thebigword in February 2010 to work in the Interpreting Recruitment team; I was initially responsible for sourcing new linguists and assessing their suitability for the freelance interpreter position. Currently, one of my responsibilities is the selection and assessment of new full-time interpreters for our in-house team.
