Techworld Language Solutions is seeking experienced linguists with existing DEA Security Clearance to support the Department of Justice.

Candidates must be able to perform various linguistic functions and duties including:
-Monitoring, translating, and transcribing
-Provide accurate and reliable transcriptions and translations and summaries of intercepts from Spanish (with a Mexican dialect) into English
-Perform administrative duties as necessary
-Travel to performance location with 24 hours notice
-Be able to work for 2 to 6 weeks
-Be able to work 8 to 12 hour shifts including evening and night shifts

Qualifications include:
-Proficiency in Spanish (with a Mexican dialect)
-Ability to comprehend slang, idioms, and colloquial expressions in Spanish (with a Mexican dialect)
-Ability to understand the basic elements of speech in Spanish (with a Mexican dialect)
-Excellent command of the English language with the ability to provide clear and accurate oral and written communications

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED:
-Candidate must possess a DEA Security Clearance and be a U.S. Citizen, by birth or naturalization, or permanent resident alien status required
