The DocuSign donation program at TechSoup provides e-signature and transaction management software to eligible nonprofits, charities, and public libraries throughout the United States.
You can use DocuSign to sign, send, and manage documents. DocuSign replaces printing, faxing, scanning, and overnighting documents by making approvals and decisions digital.
Eligibility and Restrictions
If eligible, your organization may receive five Standard Edition products and five Business Pro Edition products per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).

About Access to Discounted Rates
When a product name includes "Access to Discounted Rates," the offer consists of specially discounted rates for products or services. This means that after you place your request and pay TechSoup's administrative fee, you'll also pay the donor partner directly for the product or service. You can find the specific discounted rates in each product description. These rates are available only to eligible nonprofits and libraries through TechSoup.
Rules, Eligibility and Restrictions
Quantity: Organizations may request five Standard Edition products and five Business Pro Edition products per fiscal year (July 1 to June 30).
Budget: Organizations with annual operating budgets of $1 million or less are eligible for products in this program.
Nonprofits and libraries only: Products in this program are available only to qualifying nonprofits with 501(c)(3) designation and to public libraries. Public libraries must either have valid 501(c)(3) nonprofit status or be listed in the
Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) database.
Organization types: The following organization types are not eligible to request products in this program.
Legislative and political activity organizations
Advocacy organizations
Employee membership benefit organizations
United Way affiliates
Existing customers: Organizations that already have a DocuSign subscription are not eligible for products in this program unless the subscription was obtained through TechSoup.
Terms of service: Organizations that request DocuSign products must agree to any applicable terms of service.
Anti-discrimination policy: Organizations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organizations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive products in this program.
Case study: Recipient organizations must be willing and able to provide information to DocuSign for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
Product distribution:
Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organizations only, not to individuals.
Recipient organizations may not transfer or resell DocuSign products.

Discounted Rates
This offer provides access to a discounted rate on a one-year subscription to DocuSign Business Pro Edition. After you request this offer and pay TechSoup's administrative fee, you'll also use your organization's credit card to pay $99.84 directly to DocuSign for the discounted subscription.
Continuing Service After One Year
After the initial one-year period ends, DocuSign will automatically renew the subscription at the same rate unless you choose to cancel.

Translating a document into Italian must reflect the actual and local adaptation Italian people use for English words. A translator must be genuine when taking care of their clients. True and transparent about mutual agreement and deadlines. Professional when communicating with them, always available and prepared to give in the best he or she can. Another essential requirement to have when translating is Passion. It is so important at a human level to deeply love what we do and have real passion for what a person does, otherwise it is better not to start the work in the beginning. Does it have any sense to start a project if there is not the passion and will to conclude it, providing an awesome service? I do not think so. You do not think so. A translator, in order to be an excellent professional has to be indeed Genuine, Transparent, Passionate, True, Fast, Excellent, Professional, Reliable. What you have read until now are my beliefs, my professional creed. I keep bringing these qualities with me, since my first job experience, it is so important because it is applied and included in my work, in the services provided to my clients, always pursuing the same goal: provide the best service possible.
