There will be a powwow in central Nottingham on Saturday 16th May from 3 p.m.

Come and get to know other translators, share experience or just chat and relax.
All welcome - language professionals from near and far, partners, friends, etc.

We will be meeting at the Canalhouse Pub/Restaurant, 48-52 Canal Street, NOTTINGHAM, NG1 7EH.

Please see the link below for details of the venue and a map:

The pub is very close to Nottingham train station and the Broadmarsh bus station/multi-storey car park. It is on the left along Canal Street, right next to another pub called Fellows Morton & Clayton, and set back from the road so you have to cross a cobbled courtyard to get in. There is a large patio area outside overlooking the canal and that is where we will be sitting if it is a nice, sunny day. Otherwise we will be inside - look out for a Proz sign on our table.

I look forward to seeing you there!
Happy translating,
Sarah

The next powwow is provisionally pencilled in for Saturday 27 June and may be a picnic if this rain goes away in time.
All the best, Sarah

Thanks for organising another entertaining and imformative PowWow. The date for the next one is down in the diary, hopefully another Castle Rock pub so I can fill up the collective collector's card - only two short of a free pint now!

Thanks for organising another fun afternoon Sarah.
I'm afraid I can't make the next one but look forward to the one after that.
