* Lead Translator and Editor. In charge of several large-profile translation and localization projects involving up to 6 linguists. Translation and editing of technical documentation, computer software, Web-related materials, and business and legal documentation.
* Human Resources Manager. Key player in turning a 3-person enterprise into a 12person full-service translation agency. In charge of “talent hunting”, recruiting, testing and training both existing and new linguists.
* Quality Assurance Manager. Developed a company-specific QA procedure that has been successfully implemented in all stages of production, resulting in increased sales, output quality and client satisfaction.
