Source text - French Ne vous fiez pas aux apparences,évitez les clichés et plongez dans l'univers nocturne d'Helsinki.
Si la capitale ne dispose pas d'un réel "quartier chaud",la mafia russe s'emploie d'ailleurs à y remédier,elle ne manque cependant pas de boîtes de nuit et de bars souvent très branchés.
Ici,on se lâche très clairement,on danse,on s'amuse et on boit(beaucoup!). Bref,on fait la fête.
Fêtards increvables,buveurs de bière,inconditionnels de métal,danseurs invétérés de tango,joueurs assidus de roulette,bobos branchés et belles finlandaises sauront vous convaincre.
Précision,la vie nocturne revêt en Finlande un caractère particulier. On danse aussi bien dans les boîtes que dans les grands hôtels et les restaurants. Pour ces derniers,les dîners dansants étaient,jusqu'à une époque récente,l'atout principal. Mais,ici comme ailleurs,la culture disco a sévi...
Autre particularité typiquement finlandaise:le naistentanssit. Kezako? Il s'agit simplement d'une tradition encore en vigueur chez les plus de 40 ans. Les femmes après la sortie des bureaux,un peu à l'ancienne,filent parfois au bal...Ce sont elles qui mènent alors la danse en choisissant leurs partenaires. Pas question de refuser,c'est extrêmement mal vu. Ne croyez pas que la dame en pince forcément pour vous! Les finlandais adorent danser voilà tout.

Even if the capital is devoided of a "red light district" ,the russian mafia does its best to overcome that by the way,there is no shortage on clubs,bars,which are most of the time,very trendy.
Here,we definitely let ourselves go,we dance,we have fun and we drink(pretty much!)
In short,we party!
Diehard party-goers,beer drinkers,metal freaks,devoted tango-dancers,compulsive roulette players,hipsters and good-looking finnish girls will know how to convince you.
To be more specific,nightlife in Finland has a special aspect to it. We dance in the clubs,as well as in the luxury hotels and the restaurants.
For those ones,dinner dances were the main asset. Until disco music took over the world's dancefloors.
Other typical finnish feature:the naistentanssit. What's that? It consists in a tradition still in effect among people in their forties. Women,after office hours,a bit old-fashioned way,sometimes dash to the ball. They are the ones who lead the dance,choosing their partners.
There is no way to refuse,it would make a very bad impression.
Don't get it wrong,the lady is not necessarily stuck on you! The finns just love dancing,that's it!

Source text - English The second night,your boyfriend tries to figure out some sort of rigging to keep the mosquitoes from biting his ears.
Finally he comes up with the idea of wearing your bikini bottom over his head. Just his face sticks out. They're not going to get me tonight,he says.
It's strange to see a man wearing the bottom half of a bathing suit around his head,but you don't say anything. For a while before you fall asleep you watch the little Watchman TV. Both of you can't imagine travelling anywhere without it. There is only one channel,playing the Jim Jones/Guyana movie massacre dubbed into French. Then an elderly,pudgy singer,who resembles Liberace,sings rock-and-roll songs in French while three girls wearing duck masks dance behind him.
"It's funny,your boyfriend says,I was just thinking,for kids who grow up not speaking any English,American rock-and-roll must seem really strange. I mean,it can't make any sense to them."
You are pleased that,away from the pressures of New York,you and your boyfriend are actually communicating on an intimate level.
Now you are glad you have refrained from telling your boyfriend not to wear your bathing suit bottom around his head,even though he is probably stretching it out.
The next day,your boyfriend can't get out of bed. You tell him he got too much sun the day before,but he says he has a tropical fever and goes back to sleep.
He doesn't wake up all day.
You have always been a shy person;by the evening you are feeling lonesome. You go across the beach to the bar and have a hideous drink made in a blender,wishing you had the nerve to talk to someone. You decide you are mad at your boyfriend.
He has a lot of nerve,bringing you here to the middle of nowhere and falling prey to some jungle ailment.
Translation - French La deuxième nuit,ton petit-ami essaye de trouver une parade pour empêcher les moustiques de lui piquer les oreilles.
Finalement,il lui vient l'idée de porter le bas de ton bikini sur sa tête. Seul son visage est à découvert. Ils ne m'auront pas ce soir,dit- il.
C'est étrange de voir un homme porter le bas d'un maillot de bain autour de la tête,mais tu gardes ça pour toi. Pendant un moment,avant que tu ne tombes de sommeil,tu regardes la petite télé portative.
L'un comme l'autre ne vous imaginez pas voyager sans elle. Il n'y a qu'une seule chaine diffusant le film du massacre perpétré par Jim Jones en Guyane doublé en français.
Puis,un vieux chanteur,rondelet qui ressemble a Liberace chante des morceaux rock-and-roll en français pendant que trois filles portant des masques de canards dansent derrière lui.
"C'est marrant,dit ton petit-ami,je me disais juste,pour des enfants ayant grandi sans parler un mot d 'anglais,le rock américain doit paraître vraiment étrange.
Enfin,je veux dire,cela ne doit avoir aucun sens pour eux."
Tu est contente que,loin des pressions de la ville de New-York,ton petit-ami et toi communiquent à un niveau intime.
Maintenant,tu est contente de t'être abstenu de dire a ton petit-ami de ne pas mettre ton maillot de bain autour de sa tête,même si ce faisant,il l'étire.
Le jour suivant,ton petit-ami ne peut pas sortir du lit,tu lui dis qu'il a été trop expos" au soleil mais il dit qu'il a une fièvre tropicale et retourne se coucher.
Il ne se réveille pas de la journée.
Tu as toujours été une personne timide;dans la soirée tu te sens seule. Tu vas de l'autre côté de la plage et prend un cocktail infect préparé dans un mixer,souhaitant avoir le culot de parler à quelqu'un. Tu décides que tu est en colère contre ton petit copain.
Il est gonflé,t'amener ici au milieu de nulle part et devenir la proie d'une affection de la jungle.
