Source text - English Our Services
We will carry out the services as set out in the Engagement Letter(s) including case analysis, internal management, information storage and compliance (the “Services”) in accordance with this Agreement. We shall use reasonable care, skill and diligence in and about the provision of the Services. We shall not be responsible for any failure to advise or comment on any matter which falls outside the scope and limitations of the Services and will have no responsibility to you to update any report or other product of the Services for events or changes of circumstances which take place after it is issued. Any statement of opinion, expectation or forecast made by us cannot amount to a guarantee, determination or prediction of future events.
We may receive information from other sources in the course of delivering the Services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage suffered by you arising from fraud, misrepresentation, withholding of information relevant to the Services, provision of inaccurate or misleading information or other default relating to such information provided by any third party.
Cambridge Analitica shall provide the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Client Assistance and Information
The Client will promptly supply to us assistance and access to any information, data (including personal data), documentation or other materials (“Information”) in its possession, custody or under its control and to personnel under its management which it would reasonably expect to be relevant to or required by us to perform the Services and to the extent that it would not prejudice the Client's position in the Litigation (as defined below) to do so. The Client will keep us fully informed of any developments and Information which may come to its notice and which might have a bearing on the provision of the Services.

Мы обязуемся предоставить услуги, изложенные в Письме (-ах)-Обязательстве, включая анализ дела, внутреннее управление, хранение информации и гарантируем соответствие («Услуг») настоящему Соглашению. Мы обязуемся применять должное усердие, компетентность и осмотрительность в предоставлении Услуг. Мы не несем ответственности за непредоставление рекомендации или комментариев по любому вопросу выходящему за рамки понятия "Услуги" и не обязуемся дополнять какой-либо отчет или другой продукт Услуг при причине любых событий либо обстоятельств, произошедших после его издания. Любое мнение, ожидание или прогноз, сделанные нами, не могут быть гарантией, определением или прогнозом будущих событий.
Мы можем получать информацию из других источников в ходе предоставления Услуг. Ни в какой степени в рамках закона, мы не несем ответственность перед вами за убытки причинённые вам в связи с мошенничеством, дезинформацией , сокрытием информации, имеющей отношение к Услугам, предоставлением неточной и неправдивой информации, либо иной проблемы относительно такой информации, предоставленной третьей стороной.
Кэмбридж Аналитика предоставляет Услуги в соответствии с действующими законами и нормами.
2. Содействие клиента и предоставление информации
Клиент обязан безотлагательно содействовать нам и предоставить информацию и доступ к информации, данным (включая личные данные), документацию или другие материалы («Информация»), находящиеся в его распоряжении, нам и его сотрудникам, которая по его разумению, имеет значение и может быть запрошена нами ходе предоставления Услуг, до той степени, которая не повредит его позиции в судебном разбирательстве (как указано выше).
Клиент обязуется доводить до нашего сведения любые события и информацию, ставшими ему известными и могущими являться определяющими в предоставлении Услуг
