I was born in Turkmenistan in a Kazakh family. From the first class Turkmen and Russian languages are taught at the school. Even though my nationality is Kazakh, I consider Turkmen as my native language. I grew up in a neighborhood which consists of Turkmens, Uzbeks and Kazakhs. So I learned Kazakh language from my family, Turkmen language at the school and Uzbek language from my friends and a TV. I have no problem understanding Uzbek language, but I can not prove it with the certificate. I learned the basics of Turkish and English languages in high school, which is one of the private schools in Turkmenistan. In high school, science lessons were taught in English language. After I graduated from high school, I went to Izmir, Turkey and got a Turkish language C1-certificate from Ege University. When I was studying for my bachelor's degree, I used the English language for learning from different materials. In 2017, I immigrated to Kazakhstan with my family. I got an IELTS certificate in January 2020. Although I can read, write and speak in the Russian language, it is not as good as any other languages I know.
