THE WEATHER IS LOOKING REASONABLE, ALTHOUGH WE MAY RUN INTO THE ODD SHOWER LATER ON. WE WILL MEET ON BRUNTSFIELD LINKS AS PLANNED AT 2PM, AND MOVE TO MY FLAT ONLY IF THE RAIN IS HEAVY. YOU MIGHT WANT TO BRING AN UMBRELLA THOUGH!

Hi folks!

I know it's hard to believe, but it's that time of year again! Time to sign up for the famous annual Edinburgh Translators' Barbecue on Bruntsfield Links.

We meet at 2pm. Just bring whatever you want to drink, plus meat or veggie stuff for the barbecue, and the ever-bounteous "organising committee" will provide the rest!

If the weather is bad we shall decamp to my nearby flat.

Please sign up now. AND PLEASE REMEMBER to change your attendance status to "yes", "no", or "maybe" in the right-hand column of the attendance table right after you sign up. You can always change it later if your plans change.

Full details will be sent to confirmed attendees the week before the event.
