ProZ.com powwow: February drinks

The Christmas powwow seems like a long time ago now, so it's about time we had a few drinks. Usual place, Cumberland Bar from 8 pm.

As always, this will be more of an informal networking event than anything else, but please come armed with questions for the more experienced and established amongst us if you want, or tales of your latest job/client/CAT tool. And let your translator friends know!

If you're coming from outside Edinburgh, the Cumberland is about a 5-10 minute walk from Waverley station.

I have been in touch with the bar and they have reserved an area at the front for us, which I think will mean the area on the left as you go through the door. Just ask at the bar for the translators' meeting if you're stuck.

Looking forward to seeing all the regulars as well as some new faces. All welcome!

Confirming numbers Feb 13, 2011

Hi all,

I've spoken to the Cumberland and booked a space for us. They have asked me to give a more accurate idea of numbers so that they know which bit of the bar would suit us best, so can you confirm either way by Wednesday so that I can let them know!
