Medical: Cardiology
Patient report of a man with a myriad of CVRFs who attended the ED with angina and subsequently had a positive stress test:
-ETT (XX-XX-XX): sin afectación valvular. Gradiente dinámico mesoventricular izquierdo.
I cannot find a single hit for 'mesoventricular'. I have thought about 'mid-ventricular' or 'intraventricular'.
Is it something to do with LVOT gradient?
Thanks!
