Ciao Luigi. I posted the two translations of ecostruttura I have in my glossary. According to the reference I cited (previous KudoZ question), the correct term is "echo pattern". Maybe you can find other examples in KudoZ ... I'm finishing another job, no time to look!

Sorry Joseph, I answered by phone and I didn't see your reference. I found many references about sonographic echotexture. Moreover I have some doubt about "echogenicity" .It was my first choice but then I changed my mind. Does it really mean "ecostruttura"? What's your opinion?

"... and echo pattern within normal limits" (or echogenicity)
