German term

gebührenfreies Nebengeschäft

Danke!

ancillary (notarial) transaction for which there is no charge

Have a look at the Kostenordnung fuer Notare. This helps explain what is going on here.

I might write something like:

Costs: in accordance with .... this constitutes an ancillary (notarial) transaction for which there is no charge.
Peer comment(s):

agree Steffen Walter : ancillary, free-of-charge (notarial) transaction pursuant to ...?

No, which is why I only posted it for reference rather than suggesting an answer. It may be along the lines of "secondary employment exempt from fees/charges", but that's just a guess.
Example sentence:

Award Proceedings Act (Spruchverfahrensgesetz)

Note from asker:
Thank you, but I can't find Nebengeschäft or gebührenfrei in there...
Thanks for the guess, I guess that's worth googling!
