sie. appears at the end of the end of the registrar's signature i.e. Der Stadtsbeamte - Name - sie.

Johanna Timm, PhD Nov 23, 2021: what uyuni says is correct! These letters are the first three letters of the typist's name (as opposed to the registrar who signed the document). I found that info on a genealogy site a while ago.
