My sentence is as follows: "Mr/Mme [●],ès qualité déclare:
1º être une association déclarée régie par la loi du 1er juillet 1901 ;
2º n'avoir jamais été en état de liquidation ou de redressement judiciaire et n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une procédure de suspension provisoire des poursuites ni d'un règlement amiable."
The target language is US English here, which may change things! But in any event I cannot find a standard translation for this.
