English term

trailing EBITDA

English to Russian Bus/Financial Economics
В тексте имеется параграф об оценке экономической деятельности компании по производству стройматериалов..
Заголовок:
Average price paid of 8.7x trailing EBITDA
Текст:
Multiples of enterprise value to sales, EBITDA and EBIT are generally available only for the larger transactions. These are summarised in Table 10 for transactions in the industry back to 1992. Over this period, the transactions have been completed at an average of 2.8x sales, 8.7x EBITDA and 12.8x EBIT. The multiples paid by NNN for MMM are higher, mainly because it has under construction a 50% increase in its capacity between 2007 and 2010 and NNN is estimating a 127% increase in its EBITDA during this period.

Это что-то вроде "отслеживание показателя EBITDA"?

EBITDA за прошедший учетный период

EBITDA stands for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization and is a widely used company performance indicator. Leave it as is, professionals will know what it is. Trailing in finance and investment management means pertaining to the most current past reporting period, usually a quarter or a year.
