“small reserves“ bezieht sich m.M.n. nicht auf das Gehalt des Verwaltungsratspräsidenten, sondern auf einen allgemeinen Posten „Remuneration“ (Gehälter/Bezüge).

Also:
Das Gehalt des Chairmans bleibt unverändert. Der für Vergütungen vorgeschlagene Betrag entspricht (der Höhe nach) der in der letzten JHV genehmigten Summe und beinhaltet auch kleinere Rücklagen.
