Purchase agreement

The Customer orders and the Seller confirms the orders and delivers the goods ordered according to the conditions set in this agreement and its annexes.

5. At any time during the period of this contract the Seller shall be obliged to provide the Customer with documents proving that any items passed specific quality control tests and further documents proving the quality of the items delivered by the Seller.
6. At any time during the period of this contract the Customer shall be entitled to visit the Seller's factories in order to control whether the quality requirements set in this contract are met.

7. The Customer shall be entitled to reduce a fixed claim rate of 3 % from each invoice directly.
8. Major claims are not included in § 6.8 of this agreement and need to be discussed and solved individually by the Parties. In any case (rework, send back etc.) the Seller is responsible for any additional costs.
9. The Customer shall be entitled to add a fixed spare part rate of 1 % on first order. Additional spare parts according to demand of claims.
