English to Lithuanian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) framework agreement (for provision of telecommunication services)

1) Service of Partner’s equipment collocation in TK facilities provided on the basis of Terms and conditions set out in Attachment No. 3 to the Agreement.
2) Use the subject of collocation for the proper operation of own telecommunication network in compliance with applicable Polish law.
3) TK shall make available the Service to measure technical parameters of its properties 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. After completing measurements with positive effect, the Parties shall draw up the Delivery and Acceptance Protocol (the provision in question does not apply to equipment collocation service).
4) The Parties shall prepare the Delivery and Acceptance Protocol from giving over the place of collocation where the Equipment will be installed.
