Initial Stroke Setting
Determine Application Grip in millimeters.
• Remove battery pack from tool.
• Remove Nose Housing (C) and Collet (A) to expose the Stroke Adjustement Pin (N).
• Set the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) to flush with Pulling Head Adapter (P).
• Rotate the Stroke Adjustment Pin (N) according to the following:
• Pin Adjustment = 3.5 full turns clockwise (CW) plus Application Grip
Example:
Application Grip = 4mm
Pin Adjustment: 3.5 turns + 4 turns = 7.5 full turns
• Mount the Nose Housing (C) and Collet (A) and tighten the Nose Housing Nut (D).
• Verify setting by installing NeoBolt® in Application Grip.
