It's the legend of a figure
TGB (grounding busbar) with bonds to the AC panel, builidng steel, and TBB (telecommunications bonding backbone)
On the picture, there's a cable and at the extremity of this cable a piece of metal and the legend is "bond to building steel"
Est-cec que ça peut être construction en acier ? (j'en doute fort...)

En fait je crois qu'il s'agit de faire la mise à la terre en reliant le câble à une pièce en acier formant partie de l'armature ou de la structure de l'immeuble / local / habitation où se trouve l'installation (c'est ce que désigne ici acier "de construction"). Je me demande si on ne parle pas d'acier structurel dans ce cas-là.
Suggestions:
Mise à la terre de l'immeuble si on est sûr qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble
Mise à la terre générale
Mise à la terre via une pièce structurelle en acier...

Je pense que l'on peut dire "acier structurel" dans le schéma (pour des raisons de longueur). Ensuite, dans une phrase normale, comme celle que tu donnes ci-dessous, il vaudrait peut-être mieux spécifier "pièce structurelle en acier".
