石蜡堵塞的管线

“石蜡堵塞”也叫“蜡卡”，是油井常见故障。原油中所含的石蜡由于温度和压力的变化而析出、结晶，造成管线堵塞。灌注高温热油冲刷是常见的解决办法。

ARC was engaged in bringing the oil well back into production. ARC
encountered production difficulties in the form of a wax plug. One industryaccepted
method of dealing with the problem would be to retain a coil tubing
contractor to supply a coil tubing unit. ARC contracted Trican Well Services
Ltd., or Trican, to provide a coil tubing unit. The coil tubing unit would be used
to insert a coil tube into the well to the level of the blockage. Hot crude oil would
be circulated through the coil tubing unit in the hope that the heat would remove
the wax plug. At that point, the coil tubing unit would be removed from the
well. Any crude oil remaining in the coil tubing unit would be discharged into
the rig tank on site prior to Trican leaving the site.
