aantallen per week

Non-PRO Dutch to English Marketing Agriculture
Is it quantity per week (volume of week delivery)? Or it is related to something like reaction time for soaking?

Op www.xxxxxx.yy vindt u een actueel overzicht van beschikbare chrysantenrassen, aantallen per week en andere tips.

It depends on plant/flower.. it seems that loose Chrysanthemums are auctioned per "tak"; I'll add a ref for clarification in a minute.

Alexander, I think it refers to supply per week to the flower auctions ("http://www.deliflor.nl/upload/aanvoer/aanvoerflitsnov081.htm... is about supply to the auctions). Therefore you should be safe by translating as "numbers per week" (aantal=number).

English and Dutch of their website inconsistent On the English website of deliflor.nl all occurrences of "per week" are "stems per week". However, in the Dutch version, they have stalen, takken, stuks and karren. The common denominator is that it is about availability of plants for auction.

It wouldn't refer to time for "soaking" though... (sorry, missed that part of your question), it will be about frequency per week.
