anticipate customer needs by understanding what they think and feel
Sorry, 想客户之所想,急客户之所需 does not mean anticipate their thoughts and fulfill their demand in terms of urgency.
It means: anticipate customer needs by understanding what they think and feel.
想客户之所想: understand what your customers think and feel (literally: think in the same way as your customers)
急客户之所需: anticipate customer needs (literally: worry about what your customer needs)

As I have commented under Philhughes's answer, if you want to use the idiom of putting ourselves in others' shoes, then:
anticipate customer needs by walking in their shoes
Just my 2 cts.

put ourselves in the shoes of our customers.....
put (oneself) in (someone else's) place, or
put oneself in someone else's shoes
这一地道的英语表达法,意思就是"设身处地,想....之所想, 急....之所需(急)",用在这里最为贴切了,真可谓“言简意赅”。
英文解意:to allow oneself to see or experience something from someone else's point of view.
例句(如下):
put oneself in someone else's shoes

: Yes, to put ourselves in the customer's shoes but this only addresses the part about 想客户之所想. If you want to use 'shoes', then 'anticipate customer needs by walking in their shoes'.

Deliberate along the lines the customer thinks. Make haste to meet the customer's needs
Sharon implies that the two sentences are not exactly the same. So I try to do a straight translation to bring out the difference without adding newly invented words.

Think as the customer thinks, care about what the customer cares about
Think as the customer thinks is pretty word for word,
The second part is more What the customer thinks of as urgent, you should also think of as urgent.
But, that does not really sound as flowing, and I feel the meaning is retained with care about what the customer cares about.

their (our client's) concerns become our very own
I interpret this as thinking and acting on behalf of the client instead of solely trying to understand their needs.
以客户为关注焦点 - With our client's needs as our top priority
想客户之所想,急客户之所需 - their concerns become our very own
here, concerns equate to thinking and worrying on behalf of the client
