Pressure Test
Each valve shall perform pressure test in accordance with applicable pressure test specifications by tester and fill the test result in “XX Valve Pressure Test Record” (QP824-XX) and sign.
Test record shall be delivered to QC dept. to on file and input SAP system on the same day or when this lot valve finished .
At the beginning of each month must be calculated the indicator of quality, based on the data obtained in the previous month.
when percent of pressure test pass don’t reach the standard, QC dept. shall issue CAR for manufacture dept.to analysis cause and take action .At the same time, QC dept. shall trace effectiveness of action.
