Contracting (thhekedaari - ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰੀ)is a process which involves a contract (theeka- ਠੇਕਾ )so it should not be translated as ਕੌਮੀ ਠੇਕਾ as suggested by Mr Jaswinder Singh, it sould be ਕੌਮੀ ਠੇਕੇਦਾਰੀ becaue if National contracting is ਕੌਮੀ ਠੇਕਾ then how you would translate National Contract?
