I always leave these Sa and sro in Slovak - I think they are part of the company's registration ID and should not be changed, but different translators have different approaches in this regard.

Joint-stock company?
I fully agree with Dagmar and only have small concern whether Sa (Akciova spolocnost) meaning Join-Stock company equals fully to english legal concept of the PLC.

| My understanding is that joint-stock company is the American English term and public limited company is the British English equivalent. I am not aware of there being any difference between the two. Thank you for your feedback by the way |
