每隔7天注射4到5次
如果是"4 - 5 times per week" ， 那就是一周内注射4-5次（没有具体的时间间隔）。
但这里的"interval"（时间间隔）单位应该是一周。。。翻成“隔周”容易混淆，建议用“7天”。。。在试验期间注射4-5次。
虽然有点奇怪，可能是这个意思。
提取胰岛素的老鼠试验会连续抽血样。
（这里的意思会不会是短期间内连续投药？视乎药性和生理承受能力注射）

"receive 4 - 5 injections at weekly intervals" or "receive a weekly injection over a period of 4 - 5 weeks" 都可以避免一定混淆，不明白为什么要这样"phrase"... (the meaning of "times" and its position in the sentence make it ambiguous...)

When the extract is injected a small amount of the allergen is released slowly over a period of days. In this way your body is receiving a virtually constant supply of the allergen.
Receiving injections at weekly intervals mean there is always an overlap between the previous injection and the new one being given. The body rapidly becomes accustomed to receiving doses of the allergen on a regular basis and as tolerance builds up, so the dose of the allergen can be gradually increased.
Ideally, therefore, you should aim to have your injections on the same day each week.
