вытряхнуть мешки

Russian to English Art/Literary Poetry & Literature children's literature
- Натаскайте воды и дров, вымойте кастрюли, наточите ножи, перемойте всю зелень, расставьте ловушки для крыс, разберите и вытряхните мешки от фасоли, свяжите морковь в пучки!


По-видимому, мешки пустые, и из них нужно вытрясти мусор (шелуху и пр.). Просто - shake them out? Или лучше - shake (something) out of them?
