Maybe the information discussed in this forum may be of help. They speak about PayPal and other possibilities. I don't remember if they talk about Moneybookers, but in any case, you will learn about other choices.

If your trouble is getting money from PayPal...

You might have similar "South American" problems to mine with PayPal.

To get money from my PayPal account to my bank account in Brazil, I use http://ww.xoom.com . Works fine, usually a cash deposit is made within 24 hours at most, on business days only.
