I feel John Paul is right, and that any insurance policy you decide to take out should be read very carefully indeed. I'm sure we've all translated the odd insurance policy, haven't we, and aren't they twisted?
" ... in the event that this is not in fact the contrary, should the holder not choose to refrain from not refusing the option of the something or other ..."
... Well, I'm making it up, but you see what I mean.
I don't have any insurance myself. The ITI informed me of a "reliable" provider years ago, I contacted them, they quite simply never replied, and I thought to myself at the time that if the company can't even be bothered to take my money, how bothered will they be in the future when I'm being sued by somebody for leaving out the odd zero in a contract?
I could be persuaded, but like Henry I have never heard any terrible stories, and like Henry I would like to hear about them.

Well now, that is a strange thing for an insurance co. - usually they'll take your money in a flash and then stiff you on the intricacies of the sm. pr. or the legalese.
I'm thinking particularly of the years of mis-selling of 'payment protection insurance' in the UK (and elsewhere probably too).
And if there were any real horror stories about this issue, people would have heard of them by now, I'm sure. They'd make interesting reading, absolutely.

Hi! One could implement such a contract related to services exprort and global validity initially before accepting a PO. Conventionally there has never been a necessity for quality insurance coverage as the british and others are demand. Generally in my experience german agencies never do it , but if the quality does not match they are honest enough to reproduce a neutral opinion ( of whom I never got to knoooowww) in certain cases. I guess this will again be read thousand times in the long list of moderators and cancelled. I see my interests being unnecessarily penalized in the sense of some empire ideaology while I am still the loser and there is no replenishment. Brandis
