9. Cathedral, coffered, and vaulted ceiling areas are to be included in base price for framing.
10. When floor or roof trusses are to be used, said trusses are to be installed and braced per manufacturer’s specifications.
11. When engineered floor systems are to be used, said floors are to be installed and braced per manufacturer/engineer layouts.
